Can I return or exchange items I purchased online at one of your store locations?
Returns of full-price merchandise are accepted within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment and must be accompanied by receipt with the merchandise in the original condition. All purchases of sale merchandise and swimwear are final sale. We cannot accept returns in any stores outside of the United States. Unfortunately, VARIAZIONI does not currently offer exchanges on merchandise purchased on our website. If you are looking for a different size and/or color for an item already purchased, simply return the item in your possession and place a new order for the desired item. Once the new order is placed, please email or call Customer Service with both the existing and new order number, allowing us to ensure that you are not charged the return shipping fee for the item(s) you are sending back to us.
Can I use a gift card to make an online purchase?
Yes, you can use an VARIAZIONI gift card to make online purchases. When checking out, simply enter the number on the back of the card into the 'Gift Card' field on the 'Payment Information' screen. The value of the card will automatically be applied to your order. Please be sure to also include your credit card information when using a gift card. Your gift card will be charged first and any remaining balance, if applicable, will then be applied to your credit card. Gift cards cannot be used on orders shipping internationally.
Can I use my store credit online?
Yes. When checking out, simply enter the number on the back of the card you received from the store into the 'Gift Card' field on the 'Payment Information' screen. We will automatically apply the credit amount to your order.
Do you ship to multiple addresses?
If you would like items to go to separate addresses, you will have to place a separate order for each address.
How can I check the status of an order?
Simply click on 'My Account' in the upper right corner of our home page. Enter your account information to view your Order History. You can also track your shipped order by entering the supplied UPS tracking number at
How do I place an order?
Follow these simple steps to place an order online: Add an item to your shopping bag by clicking the "Add to Bag" button on the item's product page. You can review your shopping bag and make any necessary changes before checking out. Scroll over “My Bag” at the top right of the page and then select “View Bag & Checkout.” Follow the instructions until your order has been confirmed. You'll know your order is complete when you see our Order Confirmation page with your order number. You will receive at least two emails following the placement of your order. The first will confirm again that your order was received. The second will confirm that your order was shipped and will contain a UPS tracking number to let you track the delivery of your package. If any of your items are out-of-stock or your delivery date has changed, you will receive an email with status updates on your order.
How do I register with
Click on “Sign In / Register” at the top right of any page. This will take you a pop-up page so you can enter your information to sign up.
What if I forget my password?
Passwords are easy to forget, so we've made yours easy to recover! When you register, we ask you to answer a Security Question. If you ever have trouble remembering your password, we will prompt you to enter the answer to your question. When you answer correctly, we will email your password to you.
